The fence that had to come down

Built beautifully, a foot onto the neighbour's property, with no survey.

How we work

Survey, locate, then dig

The costliest failure in fencing has nothing to do with workmanship. A fence placed on a neighbour's land can be ordered removed, and the owner who paid for it pays again to take it out. Nobody discovers this until a survey happens for some other reason, often years later at a sale.

The second non-negotiable is the utility locate. Calling 811 before excavation is required by Florida law for good reason: a post hole through a gas or fibre line is dangerous and expensive, and the pressure to start a day early is never worth it.

And pool barriers are a category of their own. Height, gap dimensions and self-closing, self-latching gates are specified by statute rather than preference, because the thing they are there to prevent is a child drowning. A design that looks better and fails the code is not a design worth building.
